Burleigh Freemasons

turning good men into better men

About Us

The Burleigh Freemasons are a dedicated group of men united by a commitment to personal growth, moral integrity, and community service. As part of the global fraternity of Freemasonry, we uphold the core values of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and mutual support among our members.

Based at the Burleigh Masonic Centre, we have a proud tradition of Freemasonry spanning over a century. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and professions, bringing a wealth of experience and perspectives to our Lodge. What unites us is a shared pursuit of self-improvement, a respect for tradition, and a desire to contribute positively to society.

What We Do

At Burleigh Freemasons, we:
✔️ Conduct traditional Masonic ceremonies, preserving the ancient rituals and teachings of the Craft.
✔️ Offer mentorship and personal development, helping members strengthen their character, leadership skills, and understanding of Masonic principles.
✔️ Engage in charitable initiatives, supporting both local and national causes through fundraising and hands-on community service.
✔️ Foster fellowship and social connections, with regular Lodge meetings, festive boards, and family-friendly events such as breakfasts, dinners, and social outings.

Our Community and Membership

We welcome men of all ages, backgrounds, and professions who share our values and are interested in joining a brotherhood dedicated to personal and communal betterment. Whether you are new to Freemasonry or continuing a family tradition, we provide a supportive and enriching environment to grow and contribute.

Should you be in anyway interested in becoming a Freemason please contact us. If you are a Freemason now living on the Gold Coast and you want to experience masonry in the modern world, then we would strongly encourage you to make contact. We truly believe that the strong values that underpin Freemasonry are necessary in the world today. We realize that the world is now busier than any other time in history and so we ask no more of our members (not in Office) than making a commitment to attend one meeting each month (four hours).
