• There is no motion necessary for the Minutes to be confirmed.
• The business part of the meeting should be over in 20 minutes.

Festive Boards

• Prompt start to festive boards – Get to the South ASAP from the meeting.
• GRACE MUST BE SAID BEFORE ANY DRINKS ARE OPENED OR FOOD EATEN.
• All drinks are poured into glasses. NEVER drunk from the bottle or can.
• Official toasts to be done within 20-30 mins i.e all toasts – candidate, visitors & responses.
