- The Minutes should have been circulated with the Notice Paper.
- There is no motion necessary for the Minutes to be confirmed.
- The business part of the meeting should be over in 20 minutes.

Festive Boards
- Prompt start to festive boards – Get to the South ASAP from the meeting.
- GRACE MUST BE SAID BEFORE ANY DRINKS ARE OPENED OR FOOD EATEN.
- All drinks are poured into glasses. NEVER drunk from the bottle or can.
- Official toasts to be done within 20-30 mins i.e all toasts – candidate, visitors & responses.
